Ms. Hanafusa joined Advantage Partners in June 2017.
Responsible for Nihon Popcorn, ICI Ishii Sports, Nihon Meika Sohompo (Kuraya), Nareru Group, Qit, and Quality first. She has supported the enhancement of corporate value in lifestyle-related and human capital–intensive industries through the formulation of growth strategies, the advancement of management and governance frameworks, the strengthening of marketing functions, the execution of bolt-on acquisitions and the promotion of post-merger integration (PMI), the reinforcement of recruitment and retention capabilities, and the development of new business initiatives. She began her career at Bain & Company Japan, Inc., where she worked as a consultant and was involved in corporate strategy and due diligence projects for companies in the food & beverage, retail, telecommunication, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and financial sectors.
She earned her BA degree in System Design Engineering and MS degree in Integrated Design Engineering from Keio University.
