We nurture our portfolio companies to remain resolutely competitive and contribute to the solution of global environmental and social issues even after they have left our funds. We support a management process that provides value not only to our funds and the investors that backed them, but also allows other shareholders, employees, business partners and financial institutions to enjoy economic value even after we have completed our investment.
How we deliver
We seek to offer multiple types of value to those who invest in our funds and aim to realize outstanding returns as an alternative investment. In order to maximize our portfolio companies’ latent competitive strengths and earning potential, we offer support in the form of multifaceted reform proposals on topics such as management principles, how to define each business, management strategies, and operational systems.
