Mr. Tashiro joined Advantage Partners in October 2018.
Mr. Tashiro is responsible for investments including Material Group, Q’SAI, and Nihon Kasei, where he focused on developing growth strategies, supporting the recovery of e-commerce businesses, driving organizational restructuring, enhancing management control systems for IPO preparation, and advising on acquisitions, financing, and capital structure strategies. Prior to joining Advantage Partners, he was at PwC Advisory LLC, where he worked on M&A advisory and financial due diligence. From 2013 to 2015, he was seconded to Itochu Corporation, where he was involved in corporate M&A. He graduated with a B.A. in Commerce and Management from Hitotsubashi University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Japan.
