Mr. Wada joined Advantage Partners in June 2019.
He is responsible for deal execution and post-investment value creation for portfolio companies including Abitus, Tokyo Central Japanese Language School, Kaji Corporation, and SPIRAL. His work covers firm-wide initiatives such as growth strategy development, business portfolio transformation, and management structure design, as well as hands-on support for individual businesses, including sales enhancement, pricing optimization, product development, and the turnaround of underperforming operations. Prior to joining Advantage Partners, he worked at Industrial Growth Platform, Inc. (IGPI), where he was engaged in consulting projects focused on corporate turnarounds, mid- to long-term strategy formulation, and new business development, in addition to principal investment activities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Hitotsubashi University.
