Mr. Wu joined Advantage Partners in April 2025.
Prior to joining Advantage Partners, he led portfolio transformation efforts in China for Partners Group, where he engaged in the turnaround and growth of portfolio companies across North Asia. He previously served as Chief of Staff and head of the PMO at AI Dream, a portfolio company of Advent International, leading multiple transformation and value creation initiatives. Jun also gained consulting experience with Bain & Co in Shanghai following his MBA, and earlier in his career, he accumulated diverse operational expertise, including corporate M&A and new business development. Jun holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
