Mr. Ujiie Joined Advantage Partners in August 2025.
Prior to this, Mr. Ujiie held multiple leadership roles in corporate finance across Japan, APAC, and the US at multinational companies such as P&G and Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc.. At Thermo Fisher, he served as the CFO of their Japan operations before transferring to the US headquarters as the global finance head for core business units in the Bio Sciences Division, where he led financial planning, organizational strategy, and business integration. Before working at Thermo Fisher, he held various finance-related roles at P&G, Fast Retailing Co., LTD., etc. and managed FP&A, accounting, strategic planning, and project management across Japan, the Philippines, and Singapore. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University with a degree in Commerce.
