Pinnacle Investment Management Group Limited (Head Office: Sydney; ASX:PNI; hereinafter “Pinnacle”) and Advantage Partners Group, through its holding company Advantage Partners Pte. Ltd. (Head Office: Singapore; hereinafter “Advantage Partners” or “AP Group”), announce that Pinnacle has agreed to acquire a 5% stake in Advantage Partners, with an option to acquire further shares over time up to a total of 13%. The transaction is expected to close by January 2026.

The addition of Pinnacle as a strategic shareholder marks an important step in the further institutionalization of AP Group’s ownership base. It strengthens AP Group’s position as an independent, founder- and employee-led investment platform while expanding its capacity to access global institutional capital.

This partnership brings together AP Group’s deep experience in private equity and private solutions investing across Japan and Asia with Pinnacle’s extensive global distribution capabilities and track record of supporting leading investment managers. Both firms share a commitment to responsible growth, partnership-driven culture, and long-term value creation for investors.
