Responsible for MEI/Conlux and GST AutoLeather as a member of the portfolio team, and FMI, Fasford Technology, and United Precision Technologies, FUJITSU INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGIES as a member of the investment team. With focus on high tech, manufacturing , and other B2B companies /sectors, engaged in comprehensive management support ranging from planning and executing growth strategies, to overall business process optimization from sales to production by introducing better KPI systems, operational improvements measures, and management control systems. Also leading the firm’s efforts to develop and upgrade its knowledge base across industries, covering relevant issues such as “ vitalizing the management team and organization.” Prior to joining Advantage Partners, led a number of management strategy consulting projects at McKinsey & Company. B.S. in Mechanical Engineeringfrom Waseda University, Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
