Mr. Nakajima was appointed as Advisors of Advantage Partners in April 2023.
After graduating from university, he joined Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (currently Mizuho Bank) and held various
positions at the bank, including his services as General Manager of the Hakata Branch and General
Manager of the Financial Markets Department. After the establishment of Mizuho Bank through
the merger of three banks including DKB, he served as Executive Officer of the bank. After serving
as Managing Director and Joint Head of Advisory Group of Mizuho Securities, he joined Tokyo
Century Corporation as Deputy President, while simultaneously serving as President of Finance
Business Unit, Real Estate Finance Unit, Specialty Finance Business Unit and Global Business Unit,
before being appointed Executive Fellow of Tokyo Century in April 2021. Mr. Nakajima holds a B.A.
in Law from Waseda University and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management/Sloan Fellow
Program, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
