Responsible for investments including Japan Power Fastening, SLD, Estore, and CanBas. Supported preparation of medium-term business plan, business alliance, operational improvement, and management control enhancement. Prior to joining Advantage Partners, worked for Boston Consulting Group as a Principal for more than eight years, engaging in various projects to establish medium-term business plans, implement organizational reform, develop scenario planning for future growth, and improve operational efficiencies for clients in a wide range of industries including financial, media, trading companies, manufacturing, power and railways. Prior to BCG, engaged in maintenance and operation management, at the power transmission division of Tokyo Electric Power Company.　B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tokyo.
