We are pleased to announce that on August 18, 2025, Advantage Partners Asia Fund II and its affiliated entities (collectively, “AP Asia Fund II”) have invested in ITS Science and Medical Group (“ITS” or “the Company”), which operates across seven Southeast Asian markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Cambodia. This represents a truly unique commercial platform in the medical and scientific fields.

Founded in 1978, ITS specializes in scientific and medical equipment sales, engineering services, account management, distribution, and hospital design throughout Southeast Asia. Its longstanding commitment to service quality and genuine regional presence have enabled ITS to attract world-leading principals and healthcare equipment brands. These partners entrust ITS to market and service their products to a diverse range of healthcare providers, including hospitals, specialist clinics, general practitioners, laboratories, and research institutions. Key application areas include Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Industrials, Operating Theatres, and Disinfection & Sterilization.

AP Asia Fund II was drawn to this opportunity by the region’s strong structural healthcare growth, ITS’s extensive multi-country sales coverage, and its highly diversified portfolio of principals and customers. In addition, ITS’s market-leading scientific business has provided a strong foundation for the rapid growth of its medical equipment segment.

Following the investment, AP Asia Fund II members will work closely with ITS management to accelerate growth, strengthen operational best practices across the seven operating offices, and build a leading, trusted platform that bridges cutting-edge research and patient care.
