Shane joined Advantage Partners in August 2021.
He is a member of the investment team which is responsible for ITS Science & Medical, Pharmaforte, and Winsome Green. He is engaged in executing investments and providing management support under the Asia Buyout strategy, with a focus on Southeast Asia. He is actively involved across the healthcare, consumer, industrial, and business services sectors.
Shane began his career at J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment bank before transitioning to management consulting at Bain & Company, where he worked across Southeast Asia and New York City. He earned a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) with a Major in Finance from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge. He is fluent in English and Thai.
