Responsible for investments including  Visionary Holdings, FMI, ICI Ishii Sports, and FICT(former FUJITSU INTERCONNECT TECHNOLOGIES),Via Mechanics, Energywith. Currently serving as a director of the board at FICT, Via Mechanics, and Energywith. Engaged in investments for business succession, carve-outs from the large corporations, and business revitalization in manufacturing, specialty retail and advertisement industries.Executed various measures to redefine business strategies and mission/vision/value, build a management team driving sustainable growth of the company, visualize tacit knowledge of the founder into a process, design optimal HR structure for industry/sector/culture, design digital touch point with the customer, and design flexible investment structure. Prior to joining Advantage Partners, engaged in various projects for clients to formulate mainly in the manufacturing industries business strategies and R&D management systems at Arthur D. Little Japan. Led e-commerce launch project at Adidas Japan. Finance Division while engaged in overall management control. B.S. in Integrated Human studies from Kyoto University, M.S. in Molecular Biology from the graduate school of Biostudies, Kyoto University.
